AJHP Permission Requests
Material printed in AJHP is covered by copyright. All rights reserved. As provided by U.S. copyright law, no part of this publication may be reproduced, displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying or by any information storage or retrieval system, without prior written permission from AJHP.
Permission Requests for Educational or Promotional Purposes
When submitting a request, please include the following:
- Purpose of request (e.g., classroom, information packet, etc.).
- Audience (e.g., pharmacists, physicians, students, etc.).
- Article citation.
- Quantity to be distributed (e.g., 100, 150, etc.).
Permission Requests for Republication Purposes
When submitting a request, please include the following:
- Purpose of request (e.g., book, CD-ROM, software).
- Audience (e.g., pharmacists, physicians, students, etc.)
- Article citation.
- Quantity to be printed (e.g., 100, 500, etc.)
- Plans for additional editions/versions to be published.
Internet links from a Web site to ASHP’s Web site and other electronic republication requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
